Refund policy

Allo Clothing Co does not currently offer refunds.  We do however accept returns for store credit or we can offer an exchange if the item is still available.

You have 14 days after purchase to return for store credit.  
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. If the returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

ALL BRALETTES, SPORTS BRAS, BODYSUITS, SWIMWEAR, LAST CHANCE AND SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES.

ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT.

To start a return, you can contact us at alloclothingco@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you can mail back items to the address emailed to you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Once we receive your item you will receive an email with a store credit within 2-3 business days. 

Store credit never expires and can be used towards purchases of in stock items only.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


 

Please note Allo Clothing Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  We will do our best to help you locate your packages but the customer is ultimately responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company.
